The yellow ring woke up first and immediately bounced off something. The grey ring woke up second and caught it. Their personalities have remained remarkably consistent.

Both have white bunny ears. Both used to be ordinary toys beside Andy and Clay’s window. Miso filled one with sunlit chases; Mochi tucked the other into moonlit naps. Apparently, enough attention can make even a ring develop plans.

The Golden Ring prefers a bold departure. The Lunar Ring prefers knowing where they will land. Together, they lead the sisters toward hidden openings, return to a tired paw, and insist that a lonely afternoon could use an interruption.

To an observer far away, they would be two tiny circles on a tiny world. Up close, one is nudging a sad friend’s foot. The other is preparing an unnecessary leap from the sofa. Distance is not always the best way to judge the size of an event.
