Read the story ↓Honey-amber light, chocolate trim, and a sun with an excellent work-life balance.
1970s amber afternoon
Citrus / fig / amber
A bright little sun you can peel.
Green shade outside. Soft fruit within.
A soft golden glow at the edge of sweetness.
Golden resin, saving a little heat for later.
Tangerine opens the curtains. Fig leaves make a cool patch in the afternoon; honey and amber settle into the old velvet chair. Nothing important happens. It is an exceptionally successful day.

BEHIND THE EDITION
At the far end of a wood-paneled record shop, the sun had become stuck in a square of carpet. Miso lay down to investigate. Mochi joined her in a supervisory capacity. The investigation lasted four hours and produced no written findings.
The owner, who had been waiting since 1976 to close the blinds, offered them a bottle for the surplus afternoon. They filled it slowly. The little sun charm smiled throughout, displaying a frankly suspicious attitude toward employment.
Catch Sunshine is kept for days when the world feels colder than the forecast promised. There is no need to earn the warm spot. Miso has already moved over. Slightly.
